Rare – 125F
Medium Rare – 135F
Medium Well – 150F
Well-done – 160F
Mind your seasonings

Step 1. Preheat your grill to a high setting and treat the steaks with the coconut oil. Also, sprinkle pepper and salt on both sides lavishly.
