In India, you can experience extremes; from exciting activities that will give you an adrenaline-rush to relaxation techniques that will help you find your inner peace.

Be Adventurous

Unleash your fearless self and go white water rafting in Subansiri, Arunachal Pradesh or on Mhadei River in Goa. Or you can also go tiger and elephant watching in Nameri National Park in Assam. With its wide geographical diversity, India has several activities to offer you, such as kayaking, paragliding, under-sea walking, and trekking. Explore some of the most beautiful forests and national parks as you go. Roam with lions at Gir National park, or maybe a heli-skiing ride at the Hanuman Tibba is what will give you joy! If all that is too much for you, dare yourself to a local auto rickshaw ride on the busy streets of India!

Now It’s Time to Relax

Once you are done with the adventure, calm your mind down and find the peace that you have always yearned for. Be a part of the healing activities in a small town called Auroville in Pondicherry or enjoy the mesmerizing sunset at the beautiful Pangong Tso lake in Ladakh. The peaceful Silent Valley, Orchha, and Lakshadweep are all waiting to be explored by you. Go temple hopping and enjoy the serene atmosphere and scenic beauty of these ancient structures. You may also pamper yourself with an Ayurvedic treatment in Kerala or join a few authentic yoga and meditation lessons to learn the art of mindfulness.
