Named after his Great Aunt Esther, the restaurant serves up homemade pasta, vegetable dishes, and pizzas from its setting among the thrift shops and galleries of the Las Vegas Arts District. Try the spaghetti Pomodoro or the rigatoni carbonara with peas and Grana Padana.
