A waffle is a kind of dough-based crisp cake prepared in a waffle iron. Ingredients

1.    ¾ cup all-purpose flour

2.    ½ cup whole wheat flour

3.    2 tbsp brown sugar

4.    1tsp baking powder

5.    ½ tsp ginger

6.    ¼ tsp baking soda

7.    ¼ salt

8.    ¼ tsp ground cloves

9.    2 large eggs

10. 1 cup buttermilk

11. ½ cup fresh pumpkin

12. 2 tbsp melted butter

Processing

Take all the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, and the next 3 ingredients in a small bowl and whisk them well. Now add the mixture into the first bowl and stir them properly. Then bake the whole mixture in a preheated waffle iron until they turn golden brown. Finally, collect them one after another using a fork.

Ingredients

1.    1 1/3 cup of milk with normal temp.

2.    3 tbsp melted butter

3.    ½ cup dark brown sugar

4.    1 large egg

5.    1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

6.    1 tbsp ground ginger

7.    2 tbsp baking powder

8.    1tsp ground cinnamon

9.    ½ tsp salt

10. ¼ freshly grated nutmeg

11. 1/8 ground cloves

Processing

Take a large bowl and whisk the first 3 ingredients and in a small bowl mix the rest of them together. Now add the second mixture to the first one slowly. Then pour the mixture on the preheated waffle maker with a scoop one by one and cook for 3-4 minutes. When you see the waffles turn golden brown pick them with a fork.

Ingredients

1.    2 pounds of peeled, shredded and squeezed dry potatoes

2.    2 large eggs

3.    3tbsp all-purpose flour

4.    1 ½ tsp kosher salt

5.    1 tsp baking powder

6.    ¾ cup yellow cheddar cheese

7.    3 tbsp melted butter

8.    ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon

Processing

Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients and mix them properly. Now, take a preheated waffle iron and pour the ¼ of the mixture with a scoop and cook for 5-7 minutes until they turn golden brown. Pick them with a fork. Repeat the process with the remaining mixtures. 

Raisin Belgian Waffle Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1.    ½ cup gluten-free sorghum flour

2.    ½ cup gluten-free millet flour

3.    ½ cup gluten-free Silvana’s flour

4.    1 tsp whole caraway seed

5.    ½ tsp finely ground caraway

6.    1tbsp baking powder

7.    1 tsp cinnamon

8.    1`/2 tsp salt

9.    ½ cup soaked and rained raisin

10. 1 ½ cup whole milk

11. 2 large eggs

12. 2 tbsp honey

Processing

Take a large bowl and whisk all kinds of flour, caraways baking powder, and salt and stir in the raisins. After that, take another small bowl and whisk milk, eggs, butter, and honey. Pour the batter into the preheated Belgian waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn crisp. Collect them and serve with maple syrup.

Cornmeal Waffle Recipes

Ingredients

1.    1 cup whole wheat flour

2.    1 ½ cup cornmeal

3.    2 ½ tbsp white sugar

4.    2 tbsp baking powder

5.    ¾ tsp baking soda

6.    4 egg whites

7.    1 ¾ cup non-fat buttermilk

Processing

Take a medium bowl and mix all the ingredients except the eggs and stir them well. In a separate small bowl whip the egg whites until it is thick enough. Fold the egg whites into the batter. Now pour them onto the preheated waffle iron with a scoop and cook them until they turn golden brown.

Ingredients

1.    ½ cup sour cream

2.    ½ cup plain yogurt

3.    ¼ tsp white vinegar

4.    2 cups all-purpose flour

5.    2 tsp baking powder

6.    1 tsp baking soda

7.    1 cup water

Processing

Take two bowls. In one bowl mix water, cream, yogurt, and vinegar, and in the other bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and stir them well. Mix both of the mixtures and add eggs and blend all properly. Cook the blend on the waffle iron until they turn golden brown and then lift them with a fork.

Ingredients

1.    2 boxes of vanilla cake mix

2.    2-3 jars vanilla frosting

3.     1 package thick-cut bacon

4.    ¼ cup brown sugar

5.    A small amount of beer

Processing

At first, make strips half of the bacon and keep them on a pan covered in parchment paper. Bake them for 10-12 minutes until they turn brown and crispy. Chop the remaining half into the small bit and fry them well. Now take vanilla and make a cake mix following the package direction, add beer/water with the mix. Pour the cake mix and bits of bacon into the preheated oven and cook until they turn brown and crispy.
