This is a beautiful area at Bainbridge Island where you can find locals and visitors sharing the beautiful space equally. Some of the places here have an interesting history such as the Harbour Public House and the Waterfront Trail. This trail is perfect for people with any trekking skills, and it offers beautiful views perfect for taking dozens of pictures.
Bloedel reserve
The online travel agency MustGo would highlight this place if you hire their services to visit Bainbridge Island. With curated gardens and slight human intervention, nature has been utterly transformed for your amazement. One of the great things is that the reserve is open the entire year, so you will able to snap away even during the winter.
Breweries
For those of you who are beer lovers or connoisseurs of the brewing process, a visit to one of the famous breweries of the island is a must. Bainbridge Brewing is the place to go to get a taste of some of the best artisan beer in the state. Furthermore, the open concept of the brewery allows you to take pictures of the process as it takes place.
Blakely Harbor Park

This park is a perfect meeting of old with new. There are newly developed trails, but at the same time the old history of the place shines through. There is a building, which used to be a power generator for a mill that was a great source of work back in the day. Nowadays, the building is entirely unrecognizable, with graffiti-covered walls both inside and out. Many consider it a work of art while others would prefer to see them gone. This can be a unique stop during your road trip on a family car that will allow you to see how part of the island’s youth express themselves through urban art.
Eagle Harbor
Eagle Harbor is a beautiful spot from which you can get a great snapshot. But you can take things one step further! There are rental paddle boats and kayaks, which might make for an unforgettable experience. Also, if the timing is in your favor, you can even get a picture with the ferry as a background. How amazing would that be?
Fay Bainbridge Park
Time to get to the magnificent beach at Bainbridge Island. The most adventurous crowd even camps here – for which you’ll need a reservation – but you can also drop by and take a walk on the beach. Of course, this is the perfect time to take a picture while enjoying the feel of the sand between your toes. It’s important to check the high water conditions to plan your trip without any hiccups.
Point White Pier
This might be an even more exciting spot if you’re into exploring new waters, quite literally. People often jump off the pier during the summer, but there have also been some wild souls that jump during the winter. Don’t forget to capture the moment for eternity with an incredible snapshot of your brave deed.
Mora Iced Creamery
Some people go to Bainbridge Island just to get a taste of this delicious confection. It has been named the best ice cream in the United States in prior years and there’s a reason for that! So treat yourself with this delicious frozen dessert. Take a picture for posterity, and think of the magnificent flavors you savored every time you see it.
Pritchard Park
While the park is already beautiful, one of the things that makes it so worthy of a visit is the incomparable view of the ferry’s arrival to the island. These are some beautiful pictures you can take, with plenty of time to get the perfect shot.
Bainbridge Island Japanese American Exclusion Memorial
On a more sobering note, this memorial is a touching reminder of the exclusion policy that took place in 1941. After the bombing of Pearl Harbor, Japanese Americans living on the island had to go to the Manzanar camp. They weren’t allowed back until the war ended. This memorial is kept as a reminder of not letting this happen ever again.
Manitou Beach
This beach offers different scenery compared to what you can find at Fay Bainbridge Park. Here, the city of Seattle is your background, which allows you to take unique shots of the city’s skyline. This is a much smaller site, but it’s perfect for taking a beautiful picture of one of the most beautiful cities in the country.
Bainbridge Island Farmers Market

You probably never expected to find such a diversity of products on an island off of the coast of Seattle of all places! However, this market stands out for the abundance and freshness of the produce, which might make it worthy of a photo to capture your amazement. Make sure you visit it when it is opened on Saturdays!
Grand Forest
Get ready to submerge yourself in the green wilderness of the Grand Forest. With family-friendly trails, feel free to go for a stroll with your kids. This place is a gem, and it’s a welcome escape from the busy city life in Seattle. You’ll feel transported to another time, in which nature ruled over everything. Although a photo here will be a wonderful memento, it won’t be able to top the experience of breathing in such fresh air.
